We at Alive Footwear have crafted our footwear for comfort, style, and durability. We love all our products and hope you will too. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

7-Day Free Trial Policy

We provide a 7-day trial period for all orders. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• In its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Exclusions

A refund will not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after 7 days of delivery.

• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

Exclusive Sale Items

Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.

EMI Purchases

Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed, subject to one exchange per order and size availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

• We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (typically ranging from ₹75 to ₹100) if you decide to return a product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation.

• Your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of the returned package.
